Handheld XRF Analyzer
Fast, Non-Destructive Elemental Analysis for Field and Industrial Applications
The CHEESION Handheld XRF Analyzer is a portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer designed for rapid elemental identification and material verification. It enables users to analyze metals, alloys, ores, minerals, battery materials, precious metals and other industrial samples directly on-site.
The analyzer works by directing primary X-rays onto the sample. Each element emits characteristic fluorescent X-rays, which are detected and processed to identify the elements present and estimate their concentrations.
Testing can normally be completed within seconds, with little or no sample preparation. Because the process is non-destructive, valuable samples and finished components can remain intact after analysis.
CHEESION handheld XRF solutions are suitable for laboratories, manufacturing plants, mines, recycling facilities, inspection departments and field-testing teams that require fast analytical data for purchasing, sorting, production and quality-control decisions.
